When it comes to Astrology, it is certain that the stars and planets have a lot to do with the way you feel, the energy that you channel, and the connections that are made. So, continue reading this article if you want to learn about Mercury retrograde.

The speed at which Mercury revolves around the sun differs from Earth’s. Mercury happens to be faster when it is in retrograde, although it’s still slower compared with Earth.

For better understanding, know that Mercury usually takes 88 days to make a full rotation around the sun, which means a year on Mercury is only 88 days, while on Earth, it is rounded off to 365 days. When Mercury slows down, it creates an optical illusion that makes it seem like it is moving backward.

During the Mercury retrograde, it is advised not to purchase new items, especially electronics, because this is when they can go haywire, and you can end up replying to all company-wide emails. This is because retrograde has a significant impact on communication, although it isn’t the only impact associated with this phenomenon.

It is said that during a retrograde, travel is disturbed and mostly delayed. Technological glitches are also reported so make sure to keep back-ups for important data you don’t want to lose! Moreover, it is not just the technological communication that gets disturbed—your personal communication gets negatively impacted as well.
